Changes in temperature, bacterial infection, fungal infection, increased humidity and atopic dermatitis are believed to play significant role in worsening the condition.

The common symptoms of dyshidrotic eczema are cracks in skin, tiny and deep rooted blisters, excessive sweating, extreme itching sensation, and scabbing skin lesions. For some individuals with dyshidrotic eczema, the skin may appear as scaly, while for some others, it may appear as non-scaly as well.

Treatment

If you are diagnosed with dyshidrotic eczema, doctors will suggest you to use topical corticosteroids at the first place. They will also suggest you to moisture your skin as much as possible. Corticosteroid creams are very useful for treating dyshidrotic eczema. Light therapy is also used in the cases of severity.
